These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://www.cantor8.tech (the "Website") and the Canton Wallet mobile application (the "App"), operated by Cantor8 Technologies S.A. ("we", "our", or "us"), a company incorporated in the Republic of Panama under Public Deed No 15,143 dated July 10th, 2025, registered at Folio: 155770118 as of July 15th, 2025.

By accessing or using the Website or the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "Services" refers to the Website, the App, and any related tools or features provided by Cantor8 Technologies S.A.

• "Canton Network" refers to the blockchain infrastructure with which the App interacts.

You agree not to use the Website or the App for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Services. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Services.

3.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Cantor8 Technologies S.A. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

4. Canton Wallet Application

4.1 Non-Custodial Wallet

The Canton Wallet App is a non-custodial wallet. This means you are solely responsible for managing your private keys and recovery phrases. We do not store, access, or have the ability to recover your private keys or digital assets.

4.2 User Responsibility

You acknowledge and accept that:

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys and recovery phrases.
• Loss of your private keys or recovery phrases may result in permanent loss of access to your digital assets.
• We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any transactions made through the App.
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

4.3 No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Website or in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any decisions related to digital assets.

5. Disclaimers

5.1 "As Is" Basis

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any losses arising from network failures, software bugs, or unauthorized access to your device.
